The Nee Kee Wa Nan ("We're Going Home") Initiative in collaboration with Fort Albany First Nation, Community Coordinators and a Healing Team, has been working very hard on bringing awareness, uncovering the truths about Fort Albany's St. Anne's and especially working together in bring home those lost children that had gone missing and has yet to been found.
There has been story telling and healing going on for these past months. Many tears has been shed and many people have begun their healing journeys.
As we move forward, we are still working towards healing and especially "Bring our Children Home: Emotionally, Spiritually, Physically & Mentally.
